GROCERY DELIVERY

We deliver groceries to the Walt Disney World Resort hotels and Orlando area vacation villas.  You may choose from one of our grocery packages listed, or you can customize your own grocery order to include exactly what you would like delivered.  If you require non-grocery items, we will be happy to shop for those as well.  

To request your customized grocery order, simply email the request for a quote to info@neverlandnecessities.com. You can be as specific as you would like regarding brand and size.  Your quote will be emailed back to you within 48 hours.

We shop for groceries just as you would in your hometown. We are limited to the brands and sizes available in the Orlando area.  If you would like a specific brand or size that is not available here, we may substitute for a similar item.  If your do not want any substitutions, please make that specification when submitting your request for a quote.  

We encourage you to submit your request for a quote as soon as you have determined that you will require groceries delivered.  When you have booked your vacation may be a good time to submit a preliminary order.  You can make any additions or changes to your order up to 48 hours before your arrival date.  We require a minimum of three days notice for any new grocery order.  Any orders with less than three days notice may incur additional fees.  Any revisions to existing orders with less than 48 hours notice may incur additional fees as well.

Once your grocery list is complete and the quote has been accepted, we will email you an invoice.  Your time slot will not be secured until the invoice has been paid. We will send you a separate invoice for any additional items ordered or issue a refund for any items removed from the list.  Revisions to existing orders must be made within 48 hours of your delivery date.  Any revisions made after the 48 hour window may incur additional fees.

If we do not have the entirety of this information, your groceries cannot be delivered.

Your groceries will be delivered to your resorts bell services/luggage room.  All Walt Disney World Resort hotels have cold storage capabilities.  Feel free to order any refrigerated or frozen items necessary.  They will be packaged separately to ensure that they remain fresh.

Upon arrival to your resort, you can either visit the bell services desk to receive your groceries or contact them from your room telephone.

Your groceries will most likely be delivered to your resort the evening prior to or the morning of your arrival to ensure that you receive them in a timely manner.  If there are any items missing from your order, please contact us immediately at (863)547-6091 or info@neverlandnecessities.com.

You will receive a reminder email from us when your arrival date draws closer.  The email will list the items that you have ordered and to remind you of the instructions to receive your packages.

Once the order has been delivered to the resort, you will receive a confirmation text message or email.

VACATION VILLA DELIVERY

We will need the following information to deliver your groceries to your vacation villa.

If we do not have the entirety of this information, your groceries cannot be delivered.

Your groceries will be delivered the evening prior to or the day of your arrival, depending upon the availability to access the unit.  If the rental agency will not allow us access to the unit, your groceries will be delivered after you have arrived.  Typically, a phone call to the rental agency advising them that you have an impending delivery is all that is required for them to allow us access to the unit.  Please provide them with our contact information so that we may receive instruction on how to access the unit for delivery.  If they will not allow us access to the unit, we will schedule a time that is convenient for you to receive your delivery.

Any items requiring cold storage will be placed in the refrigerator or freezer.  All other items will be placed upon a counter in the kitchen of your unit.  If there are any items missing from your order, please contact us immediately at (863)547-6091 or info@neverlandnecessities.com.

You will receive a reminder email from us when your arrival date draws closer.  This is to ensure that your order is still correct and to remind you to contact the rental agency to inform them of your impending delivery, if you have not already,

BEER WINE OR ALCOHOL

When ordering beer, wine or alcohol to be delivered with any of our services, you must provide your government issued ID showing proof that you are 21 years of age or over.  There will be no exceptions.  Please email us at info@neverlandnecessities.com to begin the process.

No alcoholic beverages of any kind can be shipped to your home.
